Apple Pies
Crispy rice paper apple pies filled with cinnamon apples and cooked in an air fryer.

Finely dice the apples.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray.

Add the apples, maple syrup and cinnamon and stir until apples have cooked down to your liking, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove pan from heat and set aside.

Whisk eggs well and pour onto a plate.

Dip one rice paper sheet into the egg mixture, flipping a few times until still firm.

Lay it onto a plate and fill with apple mixture.

Carefully lay it into your air fryer basket or tray.

Repeat with the other two rice paper sheets, using up all the apples.

Air fry at 400F for 10 minutes.
