Dice onions and fresh jalapeno

In a large pan, use nonstick spray and sauté onions and diced jalapeno

Once cooked down, add beef to the pan

In a separate bowl, mix seasonings together and add a couple of tablespoons of water

Pour seasonings into the pan and add to taste

Cook beef thoroughly while chopping it up
