Salt the water (2 tbsp) and add your rotini pasta.

In a nonstick pan, add your turkey sausage and cook all at once.

Cook on medium heat until thoroughly cooked through.

In a separate bowl, combine marinara, nonfat Greek yogurt, minced garlic, cream cheese, and fat-free mozzarella. Blend all ingredients together.
