    In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and form into burger patties.

    In another bowl, beat the eggs and set aside. Prepare a plate with warm water for dipping the rice paper.

    Dip each rice paper sheet in the warm water for a few seconds until slightly softened.

    Place the softened rice paper on a clean surface. Add a patty, mozzarella, and some sesame seeds into the center of the rice paper. Fold the sides over the filling and roll it up tightly.
