    Place 16 oz of 96/4 ground chicken into a bowl and add all seasonings to the chicken and mix throughout. Wear gloves if desired.

    Whisk together 2 eggs with some pickle juice in a separate bowl.

    Add 40 grams of self-rising flour into another bowl and add the above seasonings to the flour and whisk together.

    Take your ground chicken and make 24 equally sized nuggets. Optional: cover with saran wrap and freeze for 2 hours for easier handling and coating.

    Dunk each nugget in the egg wash, then dip into the flour. Use your right hand for the egg wash and keep your left hand dry for the flour. Fully coat before removing.

    Repeat until all 24 nuggets are ready. Add salt and pepper to the top of the nuggets and spray with 0 calorie olive oil spray.

    Air fry at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Cook 12 at a time, or all at once if your air fryer is large enough.
