Chocolate Layer Cake with Berries and Cream

Prepare chocolate cake layers according to your preferred recipe or use store-bought cake layers

Allow cake layers to cool completely

Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form

Place first chocolate cake layer on serving plate and spread with whipped cream

Add second chocolate cake layer and top with more whipped cream

Frost entire cake with remaining whipped cream

Arrange fresh strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries on top of cake

Refrigerate until ready to serve
