Costco Slice of Pizza Baby
A low-calorie homemade pizza slice made with self-rising flour and Greek yogurt dough, topped with guacamole, egg whites, egg, and shoestring fries.

Combine 30g self rising flour with 40g nonfat greek yogurt with a metal spoon. Keep mixing until all of the yogurt is dried up into small quarter sized clumps consumed by the flour.

Flour up your hands, reach into that bowl and work all of those pieces together until you can create a nice ball of dough.

Take a sheet of parchment paper, hit it with some nonstick spray and place your dough on the middle of the paper. Press down on your dough and hand flatten until you can't get it any flatter.

Roll out your dough with a rolling pin. You may need to flour down your rolling pin prior to rolling. Use sparingly to keep the calories down.

Once rolled out as big as possible, use a pizza cutter and shape the dough into a pizza slice triangle.

Take the additional dough and roll it into a crust and place over the crust edge of the slice you made.

Place in oven on a baking sheet at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
