    Bring water to a boil and boil your protein noodles for 7 minutes.

    Heat up a pan to medium heat and spray with olive oil. Add minced garlic and cook for 2–3 minutes.

    Dice up 3 oz. chicken and add it to a bowl with Hidden Valley seasoning, salt, and pepper.

    Add chicken to the pan and cook for 10–12 minutes until fully cooked.

    Cook turkey bacon until crispy or in the air fryer for 6–8 minutes at 400 degrees.

    Chop up turkey bacon and combine it with chicken, cream cheese, almond milk, cheddar or mozzarella, and ranch seasoning.

    Heat the mixture in the pan until the cheese begins to melt. Add cooked noodles after straining the water.
