Crispy Buffalo Chicken Tenders
Air-fried chicken tenders coated in self-rising flour and tossed with Frank's Red Hot Buffalo sauce.

Slice 16 oz of chicken breast into 7 equal-sized tenders.

Tenderize each slice by placing on a cutting board, covering with saran wrap, and hammering until 1/2 inch thick.

In a bowl, combine 30 g of self-rising flour with seasonings (1 teaspoon each).

Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and whisk with 1 to 2 tablespoons of pickle juice.

Dip each chicken slice into the egg mixture, then coat evenly in the flour mixture.

Spray breasts generously with 0 calorie olive oil spray and place in air fryer.

Cook at 400 degrees in air fryer for 15 minutes, flipping at the 6-minute mark and spraying again with olive oil. Check internal temperature reaches 165°F.
