    Boil 2 eggs or more depending on how many you are making.

    Once your eggs are boiled, peel them and discard the eggshells.

    In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mash together with a fork. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper to taste.

    Split your deviled egg smoked salmon onto two low-calorie tortillas. Add a slice of pepper jack and about 30g of avocado if desired.

    Roll up like a burrito and cook in a frying pan with nonstick spray at medium heat until all sides are browned.
