    Boil 2-3 cups of water and once boiling, add 8oz of Banza protein macaroni pasta. Cook for 5-7 minutes.

    Chop 6 cloves of garlic, a handful of chives, and dice 1/2 a white onion.

    Cube 24oz of top round steak, add to a bowl and season with 1 tbsp salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic, and steak seasoning.

    Heat a pan to medium, spray with avocado spray, and cook the top round steak until edges are browned and internal temp reaches 135°F or higher. Add chives and 1/2 of the chopped garlic and cook until garlic combines with steak.

    Place steak in a separate dish.

    In the same pan at medium heat, spray with avocado spray. Add white onions and remaining garlic, sauté for 2-3 minutes.

    Add 200ml fat free fairlife, 100g reduced fat cream cheese, and 60g fat free mozzarella. Cook until it reaches a simmer while stirring all ingredients together.

    Once ingredients melt together, add 1/2 cup of pasta water and stir.

    Dish pasta, steak, and sauce into 4 equal servings and enjoy.
