Gym Freak 3.0 Pizza
High-protein pizza made with Greek yogurt and self-rising flour dough, topped with lean beef and bacon.

Mix 130g nonfat Greek yogurt and 100g self-rising flour in a large mixing bowl with a spoon until flaky and dry.

Place flour on hands and compress the dough together by balling it up.

Set oven to 425°F. Place dough ball on parchment paper sprayed with nonstick spray.

Dust rolling pin with flour and roll out dough to the largest possible size, forming a circle or square.

Season rolled dough with salt, pepper, and oregano. Place in oven for 10 minutes at 425°F.

While dough bakes, cook 3 oz low-fat beef with oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper until no pink remains.

Remove pizza dough from oven and top with pizza sauce and cooked beef mixture with seasonings.

Return pizza to oven at 425°F for 5 minutes or until cheese melts to desired level.

Remove and enjoy. Cut in half and eat one half now, save the other for later.
