A delicious layered cake made with honey and cream, perfect for impressing friends and family.

In a medium saucepan, combine honey, granulated sugar, and butter. Heat over low-medium heat until melted and smooth.

Remove from heat, stir in baking soda, and let the mixture cool slightly. Add eggs one at a time, stirring thoroughly until well combined.

Gradually add all-purpose flour to the mixture, combining until a soft dough forms. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Divide the chilled dough into equal portions. Roll each portion into thin layers (about 1/8 inch thick) and bake for 5-7 minutes or until lightly golden. Cool completely.

For the cream, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Assemble the cake by layering the baked dough with cream between each layer. Garnish with any leftover crumbs.
