Mother Fepping Nuggets
Air-fried chicken nuggets with cheddar and panko coating, served with Greek yogurt ranch dip.

Combine 15 grams of plain panko bread crumbs in a bowl along with 1 tablespoon paprika, 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, salt and pepper.

In a separate bowl, measure out 8 oz of ground chicken. Add approximately 22g of liquid egg white to help bind the meat. Add 56 oz of fat-free cheddar and the panko seasoning mixture. Work all ingredients together with your hands.

Form silver-dollar-sized nuggets (approximately 8-10 nuggets). Place them in air fryer preheated to 400 degrees for 10 minutes, flipping at the 5-minute mark.

Air fry for an additional 5 minutes. Use a meat thermometer to ensure internal temperature is safe and meat is white throughout with crispy cheese on edges.

For dip, combine chopped green onions with 70 grams of Chobani nonfat plain Greek yogurt and 2 tablespoons Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning.
