    Pre-prep 12oz of chicken by grilling outdoors with salt, pepper and paprika seasonings until internal temperature reaches 165°F, then chop into cubes.

    Put a pan on medium heat, spray with nonstick spray and add pre-cooked chicken cubes, turkey pepperoni, buffalo sauce, reduced fat cream cheese, and reduced fat cheddar.

    Add water and cover pan with lid until cheese and cream cheese begin to melt.

    Stir in chopped chives and garlic seasoning to taste.

    Place filling into a bowl and measure weight on a digital food scale.

    Evenly disperse pizza filling onto 6 tortillas and roll them up.
