    In a large mixing bowl, combine 16 oz. of 96/4 ground chicken and season with seasonings.

    Add 4 oz. of cubed ham and 75 g of reduced-fat mozzarella.

    Form 18 individual protein bites by hand and air fry at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
