A simple deli-style grinder sandwich with turkey, lettuce, peppers, pickles, and tomato on a wrap or hoagie roll.

    On your largest cutting board, add 1.5 cups shredded lettuce. Place 3.6 oz deli turkey breast over the lettuce, followed by peppers from a jar and a few dill pickles.

    Add 2 slices of tomato, salt and pepper the tomato. Add 1 slice of low calorie cheese (such as 40 calorie swiss).

    Optionally add 1 tbsp of pickled onions and 28g of turkey pepperoni.

    Top with 15g of mayo and mustard to taste. Add 2 tbsp red wine vinegar.

    Chop up all ingredients and combine.

    Roll ingredients into a low calorie wrap or use a hoagie roll with no more than 200 calories. Adjust macros as needed.
