Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich
A crispy air-fried chicken sandwich with buffalo sauce, guacamole, and a spicy dijon-buffalo spread on toasted buns.

Take 3 oz of chicken breast, place in a plastic bag and pound it down until it is a quarter of an inch thick.

In a blender or small food processor, add corn flakes and favorite seasonings. Blend until you have a good mixture of corn flake powder but still have some larger flakes present.

Dip the chicken breast into whisked egg mixed with buffalo sauce.

Pour corn flakes onto a flat plate and roll the chicken breast in them until completely covered.

Spray chicken with nonstick cooking spray and add salt and pepper.

Place in the air fryer and cook at 400°F for 12–15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F or higher.

Toast buns and add guacamole and special sauce made from dijon mustard mixed with buffalo sauce.
