In another bowl, set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and bread crumbs, making sure to season the flour and bread crumbs.

Shape the chicken mixture into a giant nugget form, then dip it into the flour, cover in egg, and finally coat with bread crumbs.

Heat oil in a large skillet or deep fryer to 180°C (350°F) and carefully lower the nugget into the hot oil.

Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from oil, drain on paper towels, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese while still hot.
