Animal Style Burger
Thin beef patty burger with caramelized onions, special sauce, and fresh toppings.

Measure out 4.5 oz of 93.7 percent beef and add a teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon of pepper. Mold the hamburger into a patty; the thinner the better.

In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, place 2 tablespoons of thinly sliced white onion. Cook them down until they turn golden brown and caramelize. Place to the side.

In the same pan, cook your burger. After 5 minutes on medium heat, flip your burger and continue. Check the internal temperature to be 165°F or higher before removing from your skillet or grill.

In the same pan, spray your keto buns with spray butter and place them face down until they reach desired toastiness.

Mix together 2 tbsp light mayo, 1 tbsp mustard, 1.5 tbsp relish, 1 tbsp ketchup, and 1 teaspoon white vinegar to make the sauce.

Put your burger together with all the ingredients. Add shredded lettuce, tomatoes, and pepperoncinis.
