Crispy bacon, buffalo chicken, melted cheese, and provolone on toasted bagels. High-protein, low-carb meal prep friendly.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Place 8 slices of center cut bacon on a baking dish with nonstick spray (avocado spray)
Bake bacon for 25 minutes, flipping at 12 minutes until desired crispiness is reached
25 minToast 4 bagels or use low calorie bread of choice
In one pan combine pre grilled chopped chicken, reduced fat cheddar, low cal cream cheese, and Frank's RedHot buffalo sauce at medium heat
Stir often until all ingredients are combined and brought to a simmer
Add chives and evenly divide mixture into 4 bagels or sandwiches
Top each sandwich with 2 slices bacon and a thin slice of provolone
Refrigerate for 2-3 days in sealed tupperware
