Carnitas Bowl with Crispy Rice

Ingredients
- 300 g Cooked carnitas or pulled pork
- 15 g Fresh Cilantro
- 2 piece Rice
- 1 piece Avocado
- 4 piece Radish
- 50 g Cheese(optional)
Instructions
- Cook rice until tender and crispy, or use leftover rice and crisp it in a skillet with oil
- Shred cooked carnitas or pulled pork
- Layer crispy rice in the bottom of serving bowls
- Top rice with shredded carnitas
- Add sliced avocado and radish slices
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese and fresh cilantro
