    Separate 24oz raw 96/4 beef into 8 3oz balls. Roll in favorite seasonings and flatten into half-inch thick patties onto parchment paper

    Cook burgers on grill or non-stick pan at medium-high heat until they reach 135°F or higher

    Place patties on buns with onions and cheese in the center

    Grill bread on both sides
