Ground Beef and Rice Burritos

Ingredients
- 24 oz Lean Ground Beef
- 1 piece Taco Seasoning Packet
- ½ cup White Rice
- 1 cup Chicken Bone Broth
- 8 piece Low Calorie tortillas
- ¼ cup Red Enchilada Sauce
- 1 piece Cilantro
- ½ piece Lime
- 2 tbsp Mayo(optional)
- 1 tbsp Fresh lime juice(optional)
- 1 piece Fresh Chives(optional)
- 1 piece Ranch(optional)
- 1 piece Onion powder(optional)
Instructions
- Add 24oz of lean ground beef along with 1 taco seasoning packet to a hot pan, chop up the beef, and cook until cooked through.
- Add 1/2 cup white rice to 1 cup chicken bone broth and cook until rice is tender.
- Add 1/4 of the cooked rice to the center of each tortilla, along with 1/4 of the ground beef and a drizzle of red enchilada sauce.
- Top with fat free cheddar cheese and cilantro, then roll tortillas into burritos.
- To reheat, wrap burrito in a wet paper towel and microwave for 3-4 minutes.
