Place 340 grams of shoestring fries in the air fryer at 400 degrees.

Cook 20 g beef with salt and pepper to taste in a nonstick pan on medium heat. Add mustard or dijon mustard. Cook until thoroughly cooked.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a baking pan, layer fries, beef, half the onions, 4 slices of Velveeta cheese, and remaining onions on top.
Place pan in oven until cheese melts.
