Air-fried buffalo chicken strips with protein ranch sauce wrapped in tortillas with fresh vegetables

Cut 16oz chicken breast into 4 equal sized strips

Dip each strip into egg wash, then fully coat in corn flakes

Once coated, season with cayenne pepper and other seasonings, then spray with avocado oil

Place in air fryer at 400°F for 20 minutes, flipping at 10 minutes, until chicken reaches 165°F internal temperature
