Toss 130 grams of seasoned or unseasoned frozen fries into the air fryer at 400 degrees.
12 minDrain 5oz of precooked barbacoa and put it in a pan at medium heat. Add 2 tablespoons of water.
4 minAdd 56g fat-free mozzarella and 14g pepper jack cheese on top of the barbacoa. Cover with a lid and cook until melted.
Plate the fries and put the cheesy barbacoa over the top.
Combine 85g nonfat greek yogurt, 25ml almond milk, 2-3 tablespoons Hidden Valley ranch seasoning, and 2 tablespoons pickled jalapeños in a blender. Blend and drizzle over the top.
