Counter-notices
If your content was removed because of a notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. §512(g) to support@recipe-manager.app including: (1) identification of the removed material and where it appeared, (2) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, (3) your name, address and phone number, and (4) consent to the jurisdiction of your federal district court (or any judicial district where we may be found, if you are outside the US). We will forward it to the original claimant and may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless they notify us that they have filed a court action.
Repeat infringers
We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances, as required by 17 U.S.C. §512(i).
