Right of Withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a subscription purchase within 14 days of the transaction date, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please complete the form below. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your request.

This right applies to EU/EEA consumers only. For cancellations outside the 14-day period, please use Settings > Billing > Manage Subscription.
